the classifieds used to be unlocked to me and then i was gone for a while cuz my computer got messed up and now they are locked? and ive followed the steps and waited for a response and it still hasnt unlocked is there any other steps i should do...?

if you were to have read the rules when you applied you would have seen that you are required to have a vaild city and state AS WELL AS at least one post.
being as the post that i quoted was your first post i would suggest applying again for the classifieds now that you meet the requirements now...
